At Fabrics and Drapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor transformation. If your unwashed, uncut fabric or standard-sized drapes don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the fabrics to prevent creasing and place them in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective layers are intact.
Ship Items Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the textiles for cuts or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
